Once you have decided on the bat you want to purchase, add our Bat Assurance Program to your purchase and let our free, fast shipping get you your new bat quickly.

Try

Once you have received your bat, your 30-day period will begin. You can begin hitting your baseball or softball bat to determine your overall satisfaction. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we’ll send you a free return shipping label to return your bat for a full refund. 

Apply

If you choose to keep your bat, simply hold on to it with no further action required. Once your 30 days has expired, we will send you an email with a promotional credit. This credit will be equal to the amount you originally paid for our Bat Assurance Program and can be applied toward any purchase made in the next year.

Things to Know About Bat Assurance

• This is the first online program of its kind to allow you to swing any brand or model.
• We will provide you with a free return shipping label to return your bat(s).
• Every bat purchased will need an accompanying Bat Assurance purchase as well. (If desired)
• Bats that already offer a 30-day trial period (Axe, Adidas, etc.)  will not need Bat Assurance.
• During your 30 days, you may use your new bat in any baseball or softball activity you desire.
• You may apply Bat Assurance to some wood models, but not all of them.
• JustBats reserves the right of final say in the case of obvious abuse to the Bat Assurance Program.
