How long have you worked at JustBats.com?
Pondo: I have been a full time employee since March 2001.
What is your favorite movie?
Pondo: My favorite movie of all time is The Warriors.
If you could go to a baseball game with one person, who would it be?
Pondo: Living, would be my Mom. I have never attended a sporting event with her. Deceased, would be my Grandpa Sanchez. I never got to know him and would love to spend time chatting at a Baseball game.
What makes you laugh the most?
Pondo: My children Marques and Elizabeth. Watching them interact with each other and the things they do or say is very comical to me.
Who are your favorite teams?
Pondo: My favorite teams are The Nebraska Cornhuskers, The Chadron State Eagles, The Texas Rangers, and The Oakland Raiders.
What is your favorite part about working at JustBats.com?
Pondo: The best part about working here at JustBats are the people. I have formed great friendships at JustBats. The best thing throughout the years is watching my co-workers grow professionally as well as develop into extraordinary individuals.
