These are questions frequently asked by players when they are first introduced to wood baseball bats. Knowing the differences between turn models is critical when selecting the correct wood bat. But have no fear, we’re here to help. Wood bat turn models vary based on a number of factors such as handle diameter, barrel diameter, barrel length and balance. The most popular wood bat turn models are 110s, 271s, and 243s. Lets take a look at the characteristics of each turn model and go over which type of hitters prefer them.
