In this JustBats Bat Duel, we have two of the top fastpitch models going head to head: the 2014 Louisville Slugger XENO and the 2014 Louisville Slugger LXT. Both of these bats feature cutting edge technology from Louisville Slugger making this an epic battle.

Both the LXT and XENO feature Louisville Slugger’s new Pure 360 Composite. The graphite fibers in this new technology are ultra-durable, allowing for thinner walls for a higher performing bat that is lighter than ever before.

Louisville Slugger’s patent pending S1iD barrel technology uses an aluminum inner disc to allow for a more flexible barrel for a massive sweet spot and increased trampoline effect. This S1iD technology shortens the break-in period so that these bats are both hot right out of the wrapper.

Both models feature a ⅞” standard handle and a synthetic grip for a comfortable feel. With both models made in a -10, -9 and -8 length to weight ratios, there’s an option for every player.

Keys to Victory: LXT

Louisville Slugger’s patented TRU3 technology is the first three-piece design to hit the market. The new and improved pivot point/elastomer combination strengthens the transition between the pieces and reduces vibration for an unparalleled smooth feel on contact.
