Dream BIG

I was in Oklahoma City for the inaugural Border Battle (USA Men’s Slow Pitch Game vs Canada). JustBats.com hung out with the USA Men’s Team throughout the weekend to record video of the game’s best players. As I shot video of the team, I took notice of a young boy named Easton Rulli. He is the son of USA Team member, Dennis Rulli, and the designated bat boy for the weekend. Easton caught my eye right away when I saw him at practice. First of all, you could tell he’s a gifted ball player, but more importantly, you could instantly notice his passion for the game. He showed up for every USA Team’s practice ready to go. He didn’t shy away when Brett Helmer crushed a ball his way or pass up an opportunity to take some cuts. You could tell Easton was inspired by his idol, his dad. He watched his every move, mimicking his dad’s skills to hone in on his own.

In watching Easton, I wanted to capture the essence of dreaming big. I know Easton isn’t alone in his aspirations. Thousands of ball players are just like Easton, determined to be the next Derek Jeter or the next Dennis Rulli. The sky is the limit and don’t let anything stand in your way. We, at JustBats.com, will do anything in our power to help you achieve your biggest dreams. We want you to DREAM BIG!
