Bat Benefits

The competition won't have an answer for the Easton Encore Hybrid! This two-piece hybrid offers explosive power by combining Easton's finest composite & alloy technologies into one bat.

Easton will first thin out the Ringless R5 Alloy barrel of the Encore Hybrid by 30% and internally fill it with Thermo Composite Technology (TCT) resulting in a larger sweet spot and maximizing the trampoline effect along the barrel. Next, Easton employs their PureLynk CXN to maximize stiffness by connecting the barrel to the Pro-Stiff Carbon Handle. To reduce vibration on mishits and increase leverage, the handle will include a Power Boost "Soft Knob" as well. Lastly, Easton's Flow-Tack Grip will provide the Encore Hybrid with an additional layer of cushion and tackiness!

Pros: Great pop right off the bat he barely swung and it flew out into the outfield with ease. Great weight distribution throughout the whole bat… Overall amazing bar

Pros: Lots of pop, decent sweet spot, the endload is just about perfect. You will start to hit really hard and get good distance and exit velocity with this bat.

Cons: The grip is a little slippery after like 150 swings. I've had it for about a season and a half and it feels like it is dieing a little bit. The knob starts to get almost to squishy after around 300 swings. Other than that it's a great bat

Pros: I used to through out the fall season and the bat did a amazing job. I added a custom grip though because the one it comes with is very thin. Overall a great bat!

Hot Bat with Endload D3 College Player Player

Pros: The ball flies off the barrel of this bat. Big sweet spot. Especially hot towards the end of the barrel. Seems to get hotter with break-in, which is weird for an alloy barrel. (But maybe the composite lining on the barrel needs to be broken in? I don't know.) Bottom Line: This bat can put the ball over the fence routinely.

Cons: --This is a more endloaded, power-hitting bat. Not for contact hitters. --It's very stiff, feels like a one-piece alloy, which I'm fine with because I like stiff bats. --Others complain about "getting ringed up," but I honestly haven't noticed that problem.

Pros: My sons 1st time using it in a championship game Hit the ball about 390 feet over the wall ,fence into the trees behind the wall. It was crazee the stands just went silent and every player on field didn’t even move just looked for there heads .It has great pop hit 2 bombs 1st time using it. Really recommend it.

Massive Barrel With Ton of Pop Ethan T Player

Pros: Lots to love. I have swung the top BBCOR bats and this Encore is top tier for sure. I was amazed as to how much pop it had out of the wrapper that gets better the more I break it in. It also has a huge barrel but what I really like is the grip.

Cons: Not necessarily a CON but I would say it’s a tad end loaded. I prefer a balanced bat at my age but this would be perfect for big and strong guys.

Pros: Easton finally quit putting a youth handle on their BBCOR bats the grip is good with a great feeling taper. My son (15u 170lb) and I have hit a lot in the cages (real baseballs) with a Hittrax for exit velo comparison. The bat does have great pop unfortunately only in a small area of the massive barrel. Very stiff feel like a one piece bat. Swing weight is in the middle and similar to many one piece bats we have swung.

Cons: The stiff feel gets you lots of vibration if you miss the rather small sweet spot especially towards the taper. The bat for some reason seems to be hard to consistently hit the sweet spot where other bats we have tried are no problem including wood bats.
