Pop! Lorenzo Coach
Pros: Looks to be holding the end cap onto the bat. Feel is good. Balance is good. Weight is good. Looks and color is great. The overall rating at 4 due to break-in period. The kid loves the bat and is his go-to for team play.
Cons: May take longer to break in but is holding up during the process.
Louisville Maureen Lojeski Parent
Pros: My son has batting practice this Tuesday and I will update after I see him hit the ball! Lol I will say the bat is beautiful. He made a custom knob and the feel of the bat is great! I received an astronomical price and the shipping was great. It was to my house within the week of ordering it. Also things are tight in my house being a single mom and to have the option of split payments is great! We'll definitely be ordering again!
Cons: I will update after this Tuesday 11/25 if there are any cons, the pop, vibration, and durability. I've seen a lot of reviews saying the paint chipped on bats after hitting the ball a few times so I'll be back with an update!
Superior Bat for hitting bombs Hutch Parent
Pros: Bat has a nice balanced weight; it doesn’t feel heavy. It has a large sweet spot with good pop.
Cons: Nothing yet…
Awesome but…. David Mayer Parent
Pros: This bat has great pop out the wrapper. My sons timing in u10 went from off with his cat9 to hitting solid liners.
Cons: However my sons bat died after almost 6 months and just one season. Warranty it out but Louisville doesn’t make this model anymore so you’ll have to pick something else from their store
Great bat Kelsey Parent
Pros: My 7 year old son loves this bat! Has a lot more pop then his Easton bat.
Cons: N/a
Drip approved Sicily Parent
Pros: My son loves this bat. It’s his first USSSA and after using his teams bats (hype fire, icon, dubs..) he choose his own route. He has hit great with this bat and loves it and I love that it was 1/2 the price then all these other USSSA’s. I would definitely recommend.
Cons: None.
Son loved this bat after first contact B Mc Parent
Pros: Our son hit it off a T and was instantly hooked. This bat has a good pop and great fell. Very durable and a good solid bat.
Cons: None so far
hot out of the box Rich Coach
Pros: my son (12) got it day before tourney used it all weekend and had some great hard hits with it.
Cons: none as of now ..
Great Bat, Amazing Buy Andrew Coach
Pros: Cost. This is a steal at this price. Bat is hot out of the wrapper (Sounds a bit pingy) and gets hotter. Barrel feels great immediately and sweet spot expands as you break it in. Colorway is beautiful. Haven't had it long enough to talk about durability but the Meta's and Primes have typically been durable. The EKO Composite material has a durable track record. Highly recommend this bat and can't say enough good things about it...Especially at this price.
Cons: Bat is quite a bit end loaded. Swings heavier than any other 28/18 that we currently have. Don't love the grip and taper but that's an easy fix.
My son loves his bats Brittany Parent
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Nothing
Better than Icon b Parent
Pros: Son was using ICON Team bat. This feels like it has a large sweet spot and he has been hitting the ball much better. Sweet spot feels like it goes from USSSA Logo all the way to 2” from end of the bat. Does feel slightly end loaded vs. others but not overly so. My son is on the smaller size of 11U and handles this well.
Cons: NA
12U Tournament Ball Gary Coach
Pros: says it pops like his Zao
Cons: says it feels a little heavier at the hands
Pleasantly Surprised Bryan Coach
Pros: This bat is HOT!!! For a fraction of the other leading bats. Just what we wanted.
Cons: None so far.
Great bat Reed Bogosh Parent
Pros: Good pop, hasn't stung the hands, massive barrel. Our son loves this bat, and swings this over his cat x.
Cons: Non as of yet
GREAT bat! Jasmine Parent
Pros: The bat is hot right out of the wrapper. My 8u travel player loves his new bat!
Cons: I don't have anything negative to say!
Underrated!! Great Bat Chris Coach
Pros: This bat is underrated, buy one at this price now. My son is one of the top hitters on his team, this is his 3rd year swinging a Meta, and prefers it to the Easton and Rawlings. This bat is durable, balanced, and has good pop. It needs a little more breaking in than the big boys that people drool over on YouTube.
Cons: None
2025 meta prime Joseph Coach
Pros: It feels very balanced. My son is a bit smaller swings a 28 18. He gets this through the zone no problem. Some reviews said it felt heavy and a little loaded not the case. Hot out of the wrapper. He is honestly hitting the ball further than with his teamates with Hype Fire or Icon.
Cons: Thin handle so the grip on it is pretty thick but still feels comfortable
Bit hitter bat Samuel Coach
Pros: Looks sweet feels great! End loaded for the heavy hitters! My son is 9uaa and swings the zen, used this at practice right out out the rapper and was hit hard with it. Not even broken in. Love the handle
Cons: Not anything to complain about

About the Brand
In 1842, J. Frederick Hillerich emigrated with his family from Baden-Baden, Germany to the United States. Eight years before, the 1834 Book of Sports had made its debut as the nation's first publication covering baseball. But when he arrived in Baltimore, J. Frederick Hillerich would never have dreamed of the future impact his family would have on America's favorite pastime.
After a short while, the Hillerichs moved to Louisville, where J. Fred started a woodworking shop in 1856. Two of his sons, Adam and John Andrew "Bud" were born in the United States and would later join their father in his business. By 1864 "J.F. Hillerich, Job Turning" was in operation and filled orders for businesses by custom-turning everything from balusters to bedposts.
The firm thrived, and by 1875 the little woodworking shop employed about 20 people. In 1880 Bud Hillerich, who was an amateur baseball player, became an apprentice in his father's shop. Young Bud made his own baseball bats along with bats for several of his teammates.
The debate over the origins of the first bat continues to generate controversy among baseball enthusiasts, but the younger Hillerich was most certainly involved in getting his father's business involved with what would become the company's signature item. According to company legend, the first bat was turned by Bud for Pete "The Old Gladiator" Browning in 1884. Browning was a star on Louisville's professional American Association team - the Eclipse. On a spring afternoon Bud, then seventeen, witnessed Browning break his favorite bat. Bud offered to make a bat for his hero, and Browning accepted. After the young wood shop apprentice lathed a quality stick from white ash, according to the story, Browning got three hits with it in the next game.
Louisville Slugger gloves are worn by more pitchers in Major League Baseball than any other glove.
