Nathan: My favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption.
If you could go to a baseball game with one person, who would it be?
Nathan: If I could go to a baseball game with one person, I would go to a Red Sox game with my grandfather.
What makes you laugh the most?
Nathan: What makes me laugh the most is my daughters.
Who are your favorite teams?
Nathan: I am from Boston so the Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots and Bruins.
What is your favorite part about working at JustBats.com?
Nathan: My favorite part about working at JustBats is the work culture.

The Louisville Slugger Silver Slugger Award is yet another prestigious award given to those players who are arguably the best offensive players at their respected position. Players are chosen from both the American League and the National League at each position and voted on by the coaches and managers from both leagues. Check out the winners below!

Baseball season is over, but the awards are just beginning! Last night the Rawlings Gold Glove awards were announced. These awards are given out annually to those who respectfully displayed the best fielding performances throughout the season. A winner is chosen in each position from both the American League and the National League. There were some eyebrow raisers and some that were no surprise. Among the winners are nine first time Rawlings Gold Glove Winners. Check out the winners below (and some of their glove choices!)

If you’ve had a conversation over the past 5 years about the hottest bats in baseball or softball, you’ve likely talked about the DeMarini “CF” bats. Starting with the CF3 that was first released in 2007, these bats have left a permanent mark on the sport. After players with a CF4 spent the past two seasons dominating their competition, it was time for DeMarini to up their standards even further. This year, the release of the CF5 was met with acclaim and skepticism alike. There were those that just knew that this bat would be even better than the last, and then there were those that were convinced that there was no way a bat could get hotter than the 2011 CF4. The latter was in for a surprise.

Mark: I've worked at Pro Athlete for about a year and a half.
What is your favorite movie?
Mark: Anything from Top Gun and The Departed to comedies like Super Bad and Anchorman.
If you could go to a baseball game with one person, who would it be?
Mark: Warren Buffet. A down to earth guy, who likes baseball. (I may even get a stock tip or two.)
What makes you laugh the most?
Mark: Really good old SNL skits with Sandler and Farley and also Steve Carell on the Office

Mark: Royals, Chiefs, MU Tigers
